Why Leap?

God has blessed us as a church, so we want to bless others. We realize that our growth is not our doing, but God working through us. We want to invite you to our Leap Conference, so we can share insights, tools, and practical tips that you can use at your church. As a staff team, we know that we grow more together when we attend conferences together. We get our best ideas and our most memorable bonding times when we go away, and we want to provide that opportunity to other churches. Also, we have found that we can go to mega-church conferences and see how they do ministry, but it doesn't translate to a church our size. We hope and pray that we can offer some practical tools for churches of all sizes to grow in their ministry. Every year, our challenge at Christ Church is discerning how God is calling us to grow in all our areas of ministry. We know that God is not calling us to status quo, but to be obedient and take steps of faith, so we can go to the next level. At our Leap Conference, we want to encourage you to join us in the challenge of taking your church to the next level.
